The state of India, Gujarat, from where leaders like Mahatma Gandhi, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, and now our Prime Minister Narendra Modi, have always maintained the dignity of history and our culture. It is said that Lord Krishna left Mathura about 2000 years ago and settled on the west coast of Saurashtra. After many years, Maurya, Gupta, Pratihar, and other dynasties ruled this region. So, here let's know about the culture of Gujarat.

Culture Of Gujarat:

If we talk about the culture of Gujarat is different from other parts. Here every religion gets equal respect. Dandiya Utsav is very famous in the country and abroad at the time of Gujarat's kite flying and Navratri. In the marriage of Krishna Bhagwan and Rukmini, the Madhav Rai fair is held in Madhavpur near Porbandar on the Navami of the Shukla Paksha of March-April.

In North Gujarat, a fair is organized for Maa Ambe in Banaskantha district.

The biggest fair here is held on Janmashtami, the birthday of Krishna Bhagwan.

Apart from all this, Makar-Sankranti, Navratri, Dangi Darbar, Shyamlalji Fair and Bhavnath Fair are held.

Dandiya:

Romantic, colorful, and playful dance is organized here. Dandiya and Garba are very popular from Gujarat. Used in a constructive way. They are also very popular in the younger generation for a pleasant romance. It is played especially on the occasion of Navratri.
